ORDER AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

As soon as your order is completed, our system will send an Order Confirmation restating all order information for you to recheck.

 

After processing time of 2-5 business days after the purchase date, your order will be shipped out and we will send you a Shipment Confirmation giving your tracking number(s) so that you can follow up on your order all the way home. 

 

At times, you may need to check your Spam/ Promotion folder to find the confirmation emails from us.

ORDER TRACKING

 

If you attempt to track your package but there is no information, don't panic! The tracking number will be active within 1-3 days. When the parcel is scanned into the shipping carrier's system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.

 

You are advised to track your order frequently. 

 

On the other hand, we will also keep track of your package and contact you via email if there are any incidents with it so that you can pick it up on time.

DELIVERY TIME

 

Delivery time varies depending on your specific location and the demand or seasonality. 

 

On average, you are supposed to receive your order after 10-20 business days after the purchase date if you are in the US and UK, and 15-25 business days for other countries. In high demand seasons, especially Christmas, it may take some days longer. 

 

Please be noted that the delivery time for liquid products may be 3-5 business days longer than stated above.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

 

Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not accountable for failed delivery if your order gets delivered to the wrong address. 

 

If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.

 

In these circumstances, the best solution we can offer is a 30% partial refund on your order's value or a replacement with a re-shipping fee.

→ Shipping costs vary depending on the package's weight and shipping destination. You can get a calculation of your exact shipping charges by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, and entering your mailing address. → We provide worldwide shipping.

→ We do not offer the shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

 

  1. Do we offer delivery to PO boxes or Military APO/ FPO addresses?

→ Yes, we can send shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. However, the delivery time will be longer than physical addresses.

 

  1. Will you be charged VAT taxes?

→ Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.
